Border Blogging

I'm presently waiting in line at the Peace Arch border crossing. Heading south for the afternoon to do a little bit of shopping. To be exact, I'm headed to the Seattle Premium Outlets to the Brooks Brothers store and then to the Apple Store in Lynnwood, WA. I suppose that'll feed the stalkers, but no one really reads this anymore, do they? Heh.

BlackBerry blogging, to be exact. I might buy an iPhone today, hoping for it to be unlocked tomorrow or the next day.

I'm hoping to make an honest return to blogging in the next little bit. Hopefully, after some time off, I'll be fresh. A little preview of what's coming up.

First of all - the Khaki Election.

"Gangstas"

In today's Vancouver Province (link to come): "Gangsta Rappers" are suing the Canadian Border Services Agency for allegedly "profiling" them. There's something utterly hillarious about people launching a career as a pseudo-criminal and then bitching when people take them at their word and treat them like criminals.

Oh, yes - he's suing for $900 million, for his hurt feelings.

Perhaps the best part is the CBSA's efforts to deny that these people are singled out for being, well, self-proclaimed criminals. Lord grant us an honest bueaucrat someday who will say, "it is my opinion that self-proclaimed gangsters who sing songs about the glories of crime and beating women merit extra scrutiny."

Test 4

Ok, did this work? For my readers, I'll clean it up a bit tomorrow.
